we went through cities without a trace
there were no light but we see in any case
time passed as so for many days
fields and clouds sped by in a rush
the air and trees whispered 'shush..'
just like two feathers no one noticed
there was a pattern that never sufficed
u were there to see me through
but all i wanted was to be with you
we struck together like one chord
you and i never spoke a word
driftingly we saw a silo
one that was sheltered by a faint glow
ur face then became clear as day
i felt dizzy and u slipped away
i woke up and it felt so long ago
that i said "let's go" if u say so
it felt heavy in my mind deep below
not sure if it was u or just vertigo..
