Pocky for Men

Real men like "bitter chocolate" apparently.
Went to a Japanese market for lunch with a co-worker today and was cruising through the isles for snacks on the way out when I saw that Pocky turned sexist! Those who grew up with this snack knows that it has evolved throughout the years from milk chocolate to strawberry to strawberry chunks in varying sizes for example. Now the brilliant, insightful world of Japanese marketing proudly advertises Men's Pocky made from dark chocolate that evidently girls can't handle cause it's bitter. So funny! Pocky should come to America where girls take triple shots of Starbucks espresso daily. Love how they packaged the new male Pocky with macho forest green and formal font instead of fruit icons and bubbly lettering found only on the Strawberry (female) Pocky. They should have the two mate and come out with a rainbow colored Pocky to represent true diversity. Just a thought.
